Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing support to staff members. This is a full-time position.

**Duties**:

- Perform bookkeeping and invoicing tasks using Xero Software
- HR experience to include holiday authorizations & other general matters within the company (support given from external HR company)
- Liaise with freight companies, national and international, to receive and deliver packages or stock
- Compose Excel documents for invoices, advice notes etc. To file documents online and manually
- To pack and manage stock control and advance purchasing
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and customers
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficient in computerized office systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Xero )
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- An Understanding of office management and daily operations

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
