**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support our contract and project teams with day-to-day administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about construction processes in a busy office environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the contract and project teams.
- Create and maintain project files, both electronic and paper based.
- Assist with preparing and issuing documents such as work orders, site instructions, and contract correspondence.
- Help track subcontractor paperwork (insurance, RAMS, invoices, etc.).
- Input and update data into spreadsheets and systems (e.g. Excel, internal databases).
- Track and monitor KPI’s.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and document follow-up.
- Assist in compiling reports for clients and management.
- Co-ordinate and assist in the company’s tender processes.
- Manage the smooth running of the office and act as the central point of contact.
- Oversee general administrative duties, including filing, document control, and office supplies.
- Assist with HR-related admin, ordering uniforms and setting up IT equipment.
- Assist with keeping office compliance and documentation up to date.
- Assist managing a small fleet, including van inspections, booking services etc.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE's grade A-C preferred.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
