That's why I created Freeman Trade Ventures—a new branch of ElectroPlumb Factors Ltd dedicated to this specific mission. The funds used for this venture are the capital I earned and am reinvesting from my successful trading businesses.

This is a unique chance to become a 50/50 business owner without putting up capital or dealing with the administrative nightmare.

The Deal: You Handle the Tools, I Handle the Trouble.

This isn't a job. It's a genuine equity partnership where you focus on what you're best at, and I handle the rest.

Your Role (The Skilled Expert):

You take 100% responsibility for the hands-on work—the clients, the service delivery, and the quality. You are the face of the business and the technical lead.

My Role (The Active Partner, via Freeman Trade Ventures):

I operate as your day-to-day business manager and active partner, providing the capital investment, asset sharing, and managing the entire administrative and growth engine. I cover everything that takes you away from the tools, including:

• Launch & Finance: Providing startup capital and managing all financial accounts, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.

• Customer Generation: Full professional branding, online marketing, sales, and client retention.

• Business Structure: Handling all company formation, legal documentation, achieving essential trade accreditations, and managing complex commercial tendering.

• Daily Admin: Managing correspondence, record-keeping, health & safety, and compliance.

As a Shropshire-based company with an extensive track record, we are committed to fostering growth here in Shropshire. This partnership is built on real-world experience and is designed to create a valuable, sustainable business asset.

We build a profitable business together for five years. After this period, you will have the clear, contractual opportunity to buy out my 50% stake for a mutually agreed fee, securing 100% ownership of a proven, profitable, debt-free business asset.

Who I'm Looking For

I'm looking for an ambitious, qualified individual with the drive to succeed.

• You are a fully qualified Plumber, Electrician, Gas Engineer, or Builder.

• You have at least 3+ years of professional, post-qualification experience.

• You are currently employed (not running your own business) but are hungry for ownership.

• You have a clean UK driving licence and a strong local presence in Shropshire.
