Contract Administrator

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a**Contract Administrato**r for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Romsey.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and acting as a gate-keeper for Management and other members of staff
- Setting up the administration of new projects, to include formulating Health & Safety Information, Contruction Phase Plan and Permits
- Attending the meetings when necessary
- Placing PO / Chasing orders and deliveries of all materials and hire equipment
- Booking deliveries into sites/ arranging appropriate acrreditated couriers where necessary
- Arrange travel and accommodation for site personnel
- Archive completed job files
- Receiving and allocating warehouse deliveries
- Supporting the Accounts Team with Data entry
- Maintenance and organisation of all office stationary consumables.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Have at least 3 years experience, ideally in the construction industry
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
