I am exclusive supporting a leading, family run company within the metals/ aerospace industry. This company have 30 sites across the world with this particular site being based in the Southampton area.
I am leading the search for an experienced contracts administrator to join their team. This business have a stand out culture, and recruit based of personality

**Package Details**:
- Monday
- Friday 8:30- 5pm
- £20,000-£25,000 (Dependent on experience)
- Yearly bonus
- 23 days holidays, rising to 28 days + All bank holidays.

- To lead, manage and maintain all long term contracts, working directly with the sales department and other stake holders involved in the appointed contracts. Ensure a high level of performance is achieved and all KPIs are met.
- To be aware of the sales budget and communicate with the Branch Manager / Regional Director any changes as appropriate.
- To manage contract and key accounts in the following activities
o
- Quoting
o
- Booking orders / work orders / directs / buyouts
o
- Expediting material through the supply chain
o
- Uploading forecasts and managing line of balance
- To work with general sales team keeping them informed and passing over adhoc day to day enquiries including:
o
- General enquiries
o
- Sourcing information
o
- Market help and feedback
- Participate in weekly meetings with Branch Manager/ VP Sales - Speciality Distribution to assess the numbers and provide feedback in the running of accounts.
- Generate weekly report to VP Sales - Speciality Distribution that highlights activities and status on all Contracts
- Generate monthly report to VP Sales - Speciality Distribution that consolidates and summaries the weekly reports but also provides recommendations for improvements
- Ensure that regular dialogue occurs with Contract Inventory Management with a view to reaching the objective of reducing the obsolete and slow-moving inventory
**Required Skills & Responsibility**:
- 2 years’ experience within an administration role. (Preferable within contracts or sales administration).
- Aerospace, engineering or metals background preferred.
- Ability to use excel spreadsheets and other windows software’s.
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Strong organisation skills.
