A passionate Digital Marketing Manager is required by a growing and leading B2B tech company based in Luton. You will creatively handle and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities via online marketing tools.
An annual salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits benefits is available depending on experience.
**What you will be doing**:
- Design, influence and execute a holistic communication plan for all digital media incl. Newsletters, Website, Social Media
- Coordinate and execute the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, newsletters, social media and podcasts)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
- Support the production of customer reference stories including end-user interviews, write-up and proof reading, video production and promotion.
- Support on the organisation and creation of digital webinars/seminars for sales lead generation, thought leadership and industry insight.
- Image and video content creation and editing
- Design and execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
- Ensure a strong online company voice through social media channels
- Establish web presence to enhance brand awareness
**What you will need;**
- 3+ years’ experience of digital B2B marketing
- Well-versed in the use of all social media platforms and newsletter marketing
- Knowledge of Social Media Guidelines, Community Management, Content Creation/Publishing
- Proven experience in writing marketing copy for publication, image and video content creation and editing
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Social Studio, SurveyMonkey and experience of CRM systems (Experience using Salesforce an advantage), knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe.
**Salary**
Up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits
