**Location - Hybrid role, occasional travel to Luton/London**

**Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)**

The role of Senior Digital Channel and Communications Executive / Manager is a cross-functional position, with an opportunity to really make the role your own.

You will report in to the Head of Marketing and Communications, and be responsible for managing the digital communications channels, including but not exclusively, websites, social media, and the company’s intranet (known as 'The Loop’).

You’ll work closely with other members of the team, currently Communications Specialists and a Marketing Executive to ensure our growing organisation’s messages are delivered to both internal and external audiences by:
Championing company values through your work, and importantly, the way you work.
- Driving growth across our internal and external digital channels including social media, various websites, and the intranet.
- Optimise channels and deliver regular reporting and support to the marketing and communications team, ensuring that between us, we deliver effective and good user experiences.

**Main Responsibilities**
- This is a thinking and doing role, so you will have considerable experience of successfully driving engagement and communications. You must work strategically and be pragmatic, willing to get stuck in.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our key digital channels, representing a wide variety range of businesses and brands.
- You will share best practices, latest trends, support, and direction, ensuring wider teams adhere to them.
- Providing regular updates and reporting on digital channel activity, usage and follower growth.
- Work with various agencies and internal support teams to ensure our channels are performing as expected.
- Ensure the content calendar is kept up to date, along with other members of the team.
- Drive the social media strategy across group social platforms with the posting of content in close collaboration with relevant departments.
- Grow social media and database accounts with relevant audiences.
- Post engaging blog content in close collaboration with relevant departments and ensure good SEO fit. Amplify blog across relevant channels.
- Update the intranet and website ensuring content is relevant and timely, with the website driving SEO.
- Tracking and monitoring Google Analytics to ensure all websites are effective and deliver a good user experience. Identifying opportunities for improvement and working with colleagues and agencies to improve content and user journeys.
- Monitor competitor channels and provide recommendations.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on our channels and share with Head of Marketing and wider team.
- Leading major projects periodically, including developing new websites and channels as necessary.

**Skills and Experience**
- Solid experience and working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn and Facebook), Office 365 tools (including OneDrive, Forms, Yammer and Sharepoint).
- Comfortable filming and editing with a video camera and across video platforms would be desirable.
- Property / Professional Services industry knowledge is desirable but not essential - we’re always open to see how we can learn from other industries.
- You can work independently and with autonomy, whilst seeking support when needed.
- Be inquisitive - be willing to learn and develop. In our organisation, it’s ok not to know things and to make mistakes from time to time, but what’s important is how you develop yourself and approach resolving any issues that arise.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Campaign Monitor is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work at pace and enjoys working in a busy and varied environment.
- Has an agile adaptive approach to work. We’re a flexible team and will often help one another when we have capacity to do so.
- Comfortable building relationships with colleagues in different departments.
- Proactive self-starter, organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and deadline focused.
- Agency management experience.
- Confident with numbers with experience in reporting and digital marketing metrics.
