**What will you be doing?**:
You will be providing support to the customers of a major UK life and pension company. This involves communicating the phone, advising members, resolving queries, collaborating with independent financial advisors, and most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service. **What are we looking for?**:
A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel, or other customer-focussed environments A desire to learn. From day one, we will invest in your professional development by providing extensive group and personalised training that will assist with your growth as a first-class Customer Service Representative. People who are great at building rapport and explaining things over the phone Knowledge using Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and a variety of computer systems
