**Customer Services Representative**

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to receive all orders (manual and electronic) ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders to agreed schedules
- Appropriately communicate with internal and external customers and/or business on order status and inform if needed on any out-of-stock situations or cancellations
- Create, review and approve credit and debit memo requests in line with authorisation limit
- Responsible for daily monitoring of all order issues through to resolution using all available reports. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders as appropriate and communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for timely resolution of customer queries, claims, complaints and returns including credit memo release to agreed value. Ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation is evidenced.
- Complete training then implement and adhere to all compliance standards and policies
- Ensure agreed KPIs and deadlines are met and service is delivered to customers.
- Engage in continuous process improvement and innovative solutions to maximise contribution to the business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Be agile in response to changing situations to ensure effective business continuity.
- Receive customer telephone calls and answer any queries or transfer to appropriate teams

Who you are:

- Previous experience of working in a busy customer service environment
- 5 GCSE’s - including Maths and English
- Ability to act with integrity in a highly compliant environment
- Experience with Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
- Ability to multi-task and have good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines whilst focusing on attention to detail
- Ability to work in a cross functional and remote working team
- Must be confident on telephones to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible working - business continuity a key focus and out of hours work maybe required (adhoc)
