**JOB DESCRIPTION - STOCK CONTROLLER**
Maison Francis Kurkdjian was created in 2009 following the meeting of Francis Kurkdjian, a renowned perfumer with scores of successful creations to his name, and Marc Chaya, a former associate of Ernst & Young. With a focus on deliberate and sound international expansion, Maison Francis Kurkdjian is currently present in 40 countries. Maison Francis Kurkdjian has an ever-growing portfolio consisting of women’s fragrances such as Baccarat Rouge, 540, male’s fragrances such as Amyris homme and unisex ones like OUD satin mood.
As a Stock Controller for Maison Francis Kurkdjian, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for supporting all aspects of the stock management process to support the retail business of the account(s). Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian at all times and supports the team in store.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**STOCK MANAGEMENT**:
To take ownership of the stock file for the account; admin, movement, security, replenishment, weekly and monthly audits, forecasting of stock and NSV
To pro-actively monitor deliveries of stock and NSV deliveries
To monitor and process RGAs/NPAs
To prepare and anticipate for key trading moments: promotional sites, sales periods, Christmas period
To work as part of a team and build strong relationships with account management, store management and buyers in store
To support with Head Office needs for deliveries to store
To be flexible and support the business needs throughout the changing retail calendar
To ensure accurate stock take results for the accountand store
**GENERAL**
To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines
To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
To be a Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand ambassador and represent the brand at all times
To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

Well organised and attention to detail to plan and prep for the account
