We are seeking a **Cultural Programming Coordinator** to assist in organising, planning, and curating the Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor cultural programming calendar. This role will see you working closely with the Cultural Programming Managers to deliver events that showcase creativity, seasonal traditions, and unforgettable experiences for our members. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with Cultural Programming Managers and operational teams to plan, manage, and debrief events across Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor. - Spend 1-2 days per week onsite at Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire, with Maison Estelle in London as your primary base. - Ensure smooth execution and a first-class member experience by being onsite during events. - Prepare and manage BEOs, ensuring all event information is communicated to relevant operational teams. - Maintain and update event calendars with accurate details. - Work with the Marketing Communications team to meet newsletter deadlines. - Upload event details and imagery to CRM systems (Peoplevine) and member portals. - Assist with "hero" events such as the End of Summer Party, Halloween, and NYE. - Book activations like florists and bands and manage supplier invoices. - Oversee guest lists using CRM guest list software (Zkipster). - Contribute to brand partnership presentations to enhance member events. **Who We Are Looking For** - Passion for art, fashion, and cultural events. - Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. - Some experience in event planning or cultural programming. - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A collaborative team player who thrives on delivering exceptional results. - Flexible to travel between sites and work onsite during events.
