**The Position**:
We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Clients.
- Shift Pattern: Flexible shift pattern, including weekends (44 hours per week)
- Salary: £27,500 + £1000 bonus paid quarterly
- Contract Type: Permanent

**Role of an Account Coordinator**:

- Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
- Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
- Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
- Dealing with colleagues queries
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Ensuring compliance in all areas
- Ambition and determination to succeed

**As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have**:

- Previous expereince working as a Coordinator, ideally in the staffing/recruitment agency industry
- Recruitment background would be an advantage
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy and able to use Microsoft Office
- Confidence to deal with large groups of people
- Flexibility in working hours
- Data accuracy and high levels of attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Quarterly bonus
