**Customer Development Executive**
**£23,500pa + Commission Structure**
**Ipswich**
**Office Based
- 8am-5pm**
Pure are delighted to be working with an established family-run business in Ipswich who are looking for a Customer Development Executive. Your role will be to provide customers with ‘wow experiences’ by delivering first class customer care.This role willbe responsible for the welcome installation call, calling customers that have stopped ordering, calling customers who have fallen into negative spend and calling customers that are not taking various consumables and/or ancillary products. All these activitiesare focused on maximising consumable sales through the customer lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Making the welcome call into all new customers and existing customers who have taken additional equipment.
- Calling customers that have stopped ordering
- Calling customers that have moved into a negative spend
- Calling customers that are not taking various consumable or ancillary product lines.
- Point of contact where issues are identified during post install call.
- Ad hoc tasks as outlined from time to time to support customers.
