With six production facilities and 16 logistics depots, the business delivers a strong national footprint and focuses on ensuring our people succeed.What You'll DoPartner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer needs, and executing solutions.Adopt a full category-based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet for mutual benefit.Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach to grow sales and market share.Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice across your territory, region, and the team.Demonstrate a growth mindset and adaptable approach to overcome challenges and win over stores.About YouFun, passionate, and target-oriented team player who brings brands to life.Entrepreneurial spirit: key contact for customers, driving new business, and sustaining relationships.Eager to win, advocating our brands and putting consumers at the heart of what we do.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG preferred.Good administration, organisational and planning skills, with commercial acumen and strong negotiation techniques.Self-motivated, IT and social media literate.Resilient and energetic, able to act at pace.Works proactively as part of a team.Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, and live within a 60‑minute commute from Grimsby.What We OfferA starting salary of £29,750, with a 20% quarterly bonus.Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans).
