My client is seeking a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering first class customer care,and is keen to be part of a growing and dynamic organisation. With offices across the UK, you will be joining an established andsuccessful company. The ideal individual will be focused, have excellent communication and administration skills, as well as an approachable nature.
**Offices located on the outskirts of Ipswich Town Centre**
**Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00**
**Free parking available**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Processing orders and payments efficiently.
- Ensuring call cases for machine breakdowns and maintenance are logged accurately.
- Working alongside a wecoming and friendly team.
**Experience & Skills Required**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- A strong eye for detail.
- An ability to work under pressure.
- Effective team working.
- An ability to work using your own initiative.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
