Customer Service Administrator

My client is a successful and established business based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They provide exceptional service with an excellent reputation.
They seek a customer service administrator to come in and really be the heart of the administration team as you will help organise and manage a diverse range of responsibilities to support the smooth running of the Transports and Admin operation. Workingwith the rest of the team to ensure the required processes are efficiently and accurately completed. You will be supported by the company with ongoing training to ensure you can grow with the business.
- Ensuring daily activities are executed in an efficient and accurate manner
- Supporting the sales team in account management
- Liaising with customers ensuring operational requirements, KPI, and expectations are met
- Call handling - Liaising with internal and external parties.
- Order processing/confirmation and running daily reports.
- Assist with the organising & implementation of daily planning.
- Updating customer details on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Debriefing of team at the end of the working day if any challenges have been identified and support with swift resolutions
- Resolving service-related queries and invoice/charge queries with the support of the finance and sales team.
