**Job Description**:
Our client based in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.
Working within the facilities team you will assist in the relocation and removal of various confidential files and office equipment.
Duties will include: - Undertaking audits on furniture, office equipment and paper records- Assisting the Facilities and Records Management team in packing and removing paper records from site- Packing and removal of office equipment- Managing recycling and waste disposal- Facilitating and managing skip hire- Organising skip permits- Coordinating the shipping of paper records to various sites across Wales- Raising work orders and purchase orders- Ensuring the safe disposal of confidential wasteHours of work are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
