**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support including filing, typing, and clerical duties as required.
- Utilise Mircosoft office Suite and Xero for various administrative tasks including document creation, scheduling, and financial record keeping.
- Assist in the organisation of meetings and events, coordinating logistics as necessary.
- Support the team with any additional tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Xero is highly desirable (or similar accountancy software).
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong clerical skills with a solid understanding of office procedures and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
