We are currently recruiting for a **HR Advisor**, to join our client, based in their lovely offices in **Redditch**. This is a **part time** permanent role with amazing benefits, offering a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 with the option of working from home one day a week.

As a **HR Advisor**, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR administration. As well as being the main point of contact for HR queries and people matters.

**To be considered for the role of HR Advisor you will have**:

- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience working in a HR environment.
- Experience dealing and advising on ER matters and enjoys employment law.
- Experience working in fast paced environment.
- IT literate (Microsoft packages, zoom, teams, slack).

**Main duties of the HR Advisor role include**:

- Responsible for the recruitment process and enquiries within the career’s inbox.
- Distribute quarterly holiday allowance to managers.
- Evaluate and review policies and procedures, updating and circulating where necessary.
- Assist Directors/managers with employment law advice.
- Assisting and preparing paperwork for Employee Relations matters.
- Maintain employee/ HR records ensuring GDPR is adhered to.
- Manage conflicts and disputes informally, escalating to formal processes where needed.
- Assist with the administration of annual salary reviews and interim/year end performance reviews.
- Work with the Directors to consider any amendments to general/specific staff benefits.
- Run Bradford factor reports while interpreting and managing the sickness absence policy.
- Arrange and attend welfare meetings for employees on long term sickness, following the capability procedure where appropriate.

- Hours 28 - 35 (Mon to Fri, 9:30 - 3:30 or Mon to Thur, 9 - 5)
