Payroll Administrator

Milsted Langdon are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to provide an excellent level of service whilst working with clients across a range of industry sectors, including sole-traders, partnerships, and limited companies. This role will be reporting directly to the Payroll management team and you will be a key member of the team in its day-to-day performance.
You will be focused on delivery of work in line with budgeted recovery rates and are responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible client experience; proactively searching for opportunities to add value. You will also utilise and further develop your skills to assist your less experienced colleagues to harness a culture where the team and clients continually thrive.
This is a full time position, 37 hours per week, based in our Taunton Office.

- Good working knowledge of Payroll legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a Bureau environment (Desirable)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as the key point of contact for a defined allocation of payrolls and managing that allocation effectively.
- Liaise with HMRC in relation to client payrolls as required.
- Process CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) information and perform verification checks.
- Maintain knowledge of Auto-Enrolment pension legislation and familiarity with various pension provider portals.
- Assist with administrative duties as required by the firm.
