As our Internal Trainer, your primary responsibility is to take the lead in how we approach training, guiding individuals from the beginning stages to career advancements. Your collaboration with senior managers and stakeholders is instrumental in ensuring our teams have access to optimal resources and training opportunities.
We seek an individual with a profound understanding of strategic and operational objectives, particularly within the realm of social care. It is imperative to bring experience in implementing effective learning strategies. Accreditation as a trainer is highly desirable, as you will play a pivotal role in developing our internal workforce, guiding them towards excellence in their roles.

In this role as our Internal Trainer, your expertise in social care and dedication to continuous improvement will be paramount. Your accomplished background in training programs and solid understanding of strategic and operational goals within the context of social care will make you a key player in shaping the learning landscape.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting and delivering training programs aligned with industry best practices and company policies.
- Facilitating engaging courses on essential topics such as Manual Handling, First Aid, Learning Disability, Autism, Safeguarding, and Medication Administration.
As an Internal Trainer, your role will also require:
- Proven experience in delivering health and social care training programs.
- Possession of a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or higher, along with a PTLLS qualification.
- Current Train the Trainer Qualification in Moving and Handling or a willingness to work towards it.
- Sound knowledge of Care Certificate Standards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare profession.
- Up-to-date awareness of current legislation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility, ownership, and a quick learning aptitude.
