We are looking to appoint a Training Coordinator to manage and ensure the smooth running of the Higher Safety Training venue including coordination of bookings, courses, and rooms.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the smooth running of the Blackburn training venue including reception duties, general administration duties, training coordination and ensuring efficient use of all training rooms
- Training room set up, ensuring that training rooms/breakout area are kept clean and tidy and training equipment is cleaned and tested ahead of course delivery
- Booking training courses ensuring no overbooking and minimum number of attendees in accordance with accrediting body guidelines
- Ensure all internal systems are updated accurately with all bookings and cancellations and course notifications are notified in line with accrediting body rules
- Engaging with customers about their training and venue needs, upselling where possible
- Booking Trainers to deliver courses ensuring the best trainer for the course and location is used
- Invigilate remote course exams as necessary

Key Competencies & Skills:

- Experienced in using MS Office Suite including Excel & Word
- Organized with ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
- Ability to make decisions based on available resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the training industry

In reward for your skills, you will be offered a salary that is negotiable depending on experience. The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday.
