Totally Wicked is has an exciting opportunity for a **HIP Coordinator** to join our team in Blackburn. Our HIP Coordinator will support Health Improvement Partnerships with Public Sector stakeholders and help stop smoking services / stakeholders implement e-cigarettes within their provision.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Plan and schedule deliveries to NHS locations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule deliveries
- Process orders
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Manage monthly invoice preparation

**About you**:

- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP Business One)
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
