Job Summary

Accountabilities
- Develop internal auditing tools.
- Conduct internal audits and generate reports;
- Oversee document reviews;
- Develop and improve the Quality Management System;
- Support corrective action investigations with Assistant Production Managers using a thorough systematic approach to validate and then drive implementation of countermeasures;
- Own the audit system and develop new and improve processes;
- Perform regular inspections and review to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies;
- Assist with development of company policies, processes and procedures;
- Provide departments with quality planning and support;
- Support and develop with Assistant Production Managers, quality training for Team Leaders;
- Prepare and present data in regular reporting.

- Ensure safe working practices are maintained and current legislation adhered to
- Comply with all company health & safety related policies and procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and support improvement where necessary

Requirement Essential Desirable

Qualifications Internal auditor trained (Iso 9001 internal Auditor)

Experience and

Knowledge 3 years in a Quality Supervision role, as part of an established Quality Department. Demonstrate QMS / SOP improvements Carrying out quality issues investigations, with effective root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D) Carrying out Quality Risk Assessments 5 years in a Quality Supervision role, as part of an established Quality Department, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG sector. Gemba walks experience External audits experience (second / third party) Quality Change Management
