Due to expansion and an ever growing order book, Universal Personnel are recruiting on behalf of the UK's leading Park Home Manufacturer for a Production Designer based in Rushden.
Salary £22k - £26k Dependant on Skill Set
Hours - 08.30 - 1700 Monday - Friday
Job Summary
To generate production and procurement information related to Park Home & Lodge design.
To maintain output quantity and quality and to maintain consistency of information supplied.
Accountabilities
Liaise with Sales to produce accurate and detailed plans of the specified home to include construction information.
To ensure consistency of output to achieve the required company standard.
To liaise with the sales team regarding technical and practical concerns.
To promote cost effective designs for customers and production.
Be conversant with relevant BS and EN Standards to ensure that all aspects of a home comply.
Communicate with internal production and procurement with design and component requirements.
Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate design requirements and components.
To abide by and promote the company health and safety policies as applicable.
Assist in the development and maintenance of working practices and processes and procedures in respect of CAD software.
Take specific responsibility for some aspects of the product design criteria as “champion” or as the “go-to” resource.
Inputting to control and process systems.

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- Formally recognised AutoDESK qualification and experience, GCSE Maths and English

- HND or similar
