This is a full time, Perm role paying £22,500per year.
Monday - Friday 0900-1700
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service/Administration and works well within a small team.
**Main duties will include**:
- Help process customer orders
- Ensure complaints are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Take payments over the phone
- Help process customer orders
- Data entry of customer details
- Ensure the business is following GDRP guidelines at all times
- Ensure smooth running of customer order and delivery processes
- General administrative duties such as, managing the post, filling, scanning etc
**Experience Require**:
- 1 year of working in a similar role
- x5 GCSE Including English and Math
**Desirable**:
- Furniture retail knowledge
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
