Would you like to join a fantastic admin team, who provide support to the clinical staff in Long Eaton Community team?
If so we are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our Integrated Community Team.
You will be based at Long Eaton Health Centre and will work alongside other admin staff based at Long Eaton Health Centre.
- To provide high quality administrative support to the Integrated Community team at Long Eaton
- Providing administration support to the team, which involves actioning tasks via SystmOne, contacting patients, GP surgeries and other clinical teams to gather further information.
- Booking patient appointments and allocating visits.
Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people’s own homes and via virtual consultations.
During the pandemic response we have led the implementation of public vaccination centres in collaboration with partners across health and social care.

- Providing comprehensive admin support to the Team which involves actioning tasks/e-referrals via Systm1. Contacting patients/GP surgeries/other clinical teams to gather further information. Booking patient appointments and allocating visits.
- Assist with archiving activities of patient notes etc
- Enter and extract data from DCHS systems as needed
- Collate and compile patient notes and information packs
