**Customer Service Administrator with German Language Desirable**

**Office based - Hybrid office remote, in York**
We are recruiting for an excellent company in York who will have a vacancy for a German speaking customer service and order administrator.
**Location**
- Hybrid office/remote - York
**Duties**
- This is a dual role - will involve order entry and customer service
- Processing orders (orders will be in the German language)
- Contacting customers in Germany about their orders
- Receiving enquiries from German customers on their orders
- Going through the shared inbox answering customer queries
- Being the first point of contact to the business
- Dealing with UPS/postage enquiries
- Managing the whole customer experience post sales
**What sort of person they are looking for**
- Experience in administration would be great
- Ideally university educated - the product is a little technical and there are many complex product lines
- Detailed orientated
- Someone very computer literate and able to work on different systems
- Experience in customer care
- Confident over the telephone
