As we continue to strengthen our Customer Service teams, we are looking for a UK & Scandinavian/German Customer Services Support Advisor to help us achieve this goal. This is a wonderful opportunity for a stimulating career within the music products and/or audio-visual industry depending on your passion.

**Who you are**

Our ideal applicant will be able to communicate well with both our English and non-English speaking customers. We have customers across Europe who we want to provide a first-class service to, so if you have good written and verbal communication skills in any of the following languages; along with a good command of the English language, we would love to speak to you.

Norwegian, German, Swedish, Danish (C1/C2 level)

Ideally you will also be passionate about music and/or audio-visual products. Whether you are a DJ, play in a brass band, drum in a marching band, or love researching the latest home cinema or Wi-Fi tech on the market we can use your knowledge.

**What you will do**

**Your day to day will be**
- Providing customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and related products and/ or audio visual & equipment
- Resolving challenging customer enquiries and escalating where appropriate
- Becoming a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team

**What your skill set may look like**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multilingual - excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian/German/Swedish/Danish (C1/C2 level)
- Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Some experience of working in a customer service environment
- Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills
- A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial
- Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally have an interest and appreciation of music

**Things to Consider**

Remote working considered. Working hours would be 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Sunday working.
