Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Utilise QuickBooks & Sage to manage financial records
- Computerise information for easy access and retrieval
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Type correspondence and reports as required
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is desirable
- Competency in computerised data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
