Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in an office environment.
To work Thursday and Friday – 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5.30pm
Must be able to cover sickness and holiday on other days.
Duties
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, updating and maintaining databases and invoicing
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
