**Job Role: Administrator - Building Assessment**
**Location: Hybrid, either from out Luton, New Milton or Worcester office - 2-3 days per week**
**Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)**
As an Administrator - Building Assessment you will contribute to our vision of being the **UKs Leading** property manager:
- Provide a high standard level of customer service to our residents, Property Managers, Solicitors and Mortgage Lenders in terms of incoming mailbox requests.
- Undertake all administrative functions required to support the Building Assessment process.
This role reports to the Surveying Co-Ordination Team leader with day-to-day direction from the Building Assessment Co-Ordinator (EWS1).
**Main Responsibilities**
- Filter the relevant Building Assessment requests by type to enable Technical colleagues to assess and respond.
- Maintaining the incoming mailbox to ensure all requests are responded to and tracking and monitoring that subsequent actions are completed.
- Identify developments within the requests using the internal systems available including Salesforce, Qube, Datastation.
- Review existing responses, information and documentation for any development and present a likely response to be reviewed and approved by the Technical colleagues.
- Request additional building information from Property Managers and Operations colleagues where needed to support the building assessment process as identified by your Technical colleagues.
- Creating and sending response letters on behalf of the Building Assessment Co-Ordinator, Surveying Manager or Director of Surveying and Technical Services.
- Uploading and recording letters, documents, reports and EWS1 Certificates into the appropriate storage location(s)
- Undertake task management on escalated requests coming from Customer Support, Customer Complaint Team(s), CEO Office or Social Media teams using appropriate communication methods as needed.
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrable experience of delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customer and client with a resolution focused mentality, creative in your approach.
- Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team
- Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
- Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology.
