This is a Full Time Position, Mon - Fri and is office based.

Salary £25k to £30k Depending on experience.

You will be an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual to help with the day to day running of the office. You must be forward thinking and hold excellent tasking skills. You will have excellent organisational skills to balance the competing demands of the role.

Role Description

Key responsibilities:

- To work as part of the administration team so as to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the office and business
- To Support the Operations Director with any administrative tasks including printing, arranging meetings, ordering equipment, collating information.
- Support the administration team with any project work when required.
- Dealing with post and deliveries
- Ability to take on individual project work and demonstrate initiative
- To assist with the organisation of meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made
- Support all managers and administration team with filing, photocopying, printing etc.
- Ordering stationary
- Editing, formatting, printing and binding documentation and distributing to relevant parties
- Manage our employee recognition programme including birthday cards, Shining star certificates, Long Service awards and any other special recognition.
- Ordering ad-hoc items for sites, events and sales tenders when required
- Support Operational team during mobilisations of catering contracts including producing start up boxes, stationery orders, equipment ordering etc.
- Support with formatting Powerpoint presentations for client meetings and Sales tenders when required.
- Manage the shared admin mailbox, responding to internal queries and actioning requests.
- Support with fleet enquiries.
- Get involved with the group Business Administration meetings to understand any changes to processes and share with Radish Team
- Collating information where necessary and as requested.
- Travel to meetings that are not at the office base location on occasions.
- Manage signing in and out of keys and vehicles if required.
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks as required
- Support Finance Team with processing purchase orders, Caternet invoices, purchase ledger invoices, rolling meal numbers, sending monthly invoices, updating residents details and any other reasonable tasks
- Supporting Nutritionist with special diets packs.

Person specification:

- Excellent organisational skills and preferably some experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective and efficient time management
- Demonstrates an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude to all tasks
- Ability to work as part of a small team, whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently when required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Understands and implements processes
- Ability to work in a changing and growing organisation
- Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Smart appearance
