We are recruiting for a permanent part-time position, with the expectation that the role will grow into a full-time position within 6 months, or a permanent full-time position.

Our business specializes in niche healthcare and nutritional supplements, and we are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on Administrative Assistant to join our busy International Business to Business team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Updating the Customer CRM Systems (Full training will be provided).
- Handling Invoicing / raising orders.
- Tracking customer shipments.
- Preparing regular reports.
- Data gathering.
- Assisting the B2B Manager with ongoing tasks and projects.

**Personal Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficient in using computerised systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm

Part-Time Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-2:30pm

**Salary**: up to £23,000
