**The role criteria**
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Committee Secretary to lead the governance and secretariat support for our Executive Committee (ExCo).
- **
Substantial experience** in managing senior-level executive committees, with a strong grasp of governance frameworks and secretariat best practice.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Executive Committee members.
- **Strategic thinking** and planning capability, enabling you to align committee business with organisational priorities and anticipate emerging governance needs.
- **High attention to detail**, ensuring accuracy in minutes, decision records, and governance documentation.
- **Strong judgement and discretion**, with the ability to handle sensitive information and provide trusted advice on governance matters.
- **Digital proficiency,** including experience with board management software and tools to support efficient committee operations.
