The Additional Learning Support team works closely with internal and external colleagues to assess and implement support required for our learners dependent on their needs. Additional Support Coordinators are critical to making this successful by producing and monitoring individual support plans for students. We are facing increasing numbers of students with identified additional needs and are growing our team to meet demand.

CWA are recruiting for an Additional Learning Support Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. You will work 22 hours per week, spread across 3 to 4 days by agreement. The main base for this role is in Kings Lynn, however there will be occasional need for travel to our other campuses in Wisbech and Cambridge (travel expenses provided).

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving student services team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
