International Sales Support Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Senior International Sales Manager (SISM), the International Sales Support role involves working in partnership with the SISM to achieve the territory sales targets. The International Sales Support will be passionate about sales and understand the international sales process including the importance of collaboration with and the wider sales and marketing team. They will have responsibility for their own accounts and prospecting and while assisting the SISM with key account management as required,
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- **
Assist with Key Account Management**:Provide support to key accounts as required by the SISM, handling both internal and external queries and tasks.
- **
Grow sales of assigned accounts **:Take ownership of assigned accounts (both prospect and existing), developing strong customer relationships, annual sales and marketing plans and budgets using excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills to meet annual sales goals across all brands.
- **
Prospect for new customers**:Seek out new sales opportunities in the territories.
- **
Market Research, Data analytics and Products**: In the first 6 months, develop a working knowledge of your markets, customers, competitors, and product ranges to assist with range selections, account management and problem solving.
- **
Preparation of inventory forecasts**:Work under the direction of the SISM and with Operations team to prepare tri-annual inventory forecasts for all customers and products in your territory to deadline, utilizing excel and inhouse sales systems such as Power BI to analyse sales data and seasonal trends to maximize product availability.

Represent the company at Trade Shows**: Play an active role at selected International Trade shows, engaging with existing customers and prospects, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of products, markets, and competitors. Follow up with all contacts in a timely manner.

Produce internal and external sales reports**:Collate and circulate clear, concise and accurate written internal sales and customer reports or presentations using Microsoft office to deadline (both diarized and ad hoc) and support external requests where required promptly to deadline.
**Ideal attributes**:
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders in the company.
- You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- An understanding of international business practices and customs is desirable, you will be working with customers and colleagues from different countries.
- You should be a team player who is able to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.
- Fluency in a foreign language is a plus, you will need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from different countries
