VITTA Group are looking for a Internal Sales Representative to join our Sales team. Whilst we offer flexibility, we believe that this role will be most successful in its delivery with regular attendance to our office in Peterborough.

**What are we looking for in this position?**
The Internal Sales Representative is a crucial part of the sales process.
They will work closely with the business development specialists to ensure that
customer account plans and proposals are built to meet the customer needs and
to help secure customer commitment. The Internal Sales Representative will also
be responsible for being the main point of contact after commitment has been
gained in ensuring orders are processed and followed though to delivery.
**What will you do?**
- Defining the quote requirements of each lead
- Preparing and sending compelling and accurate quotes that meet the needs of the customers
- Ensuring quotes prepared meet the commercial needs of the business
- Meticulously following up customers who we have quoted to secure spend
- Monitoring of customer spend to ensure we capture repeat spend
- Forecasting spends based on quote pipeline to give the business certainty around projected spend
- Making outbound calls to customers to understand their requirements and grow their spend
- Supporting the business development team with customer requirements
- Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the ‘overview and context of the organisation’ document.

- Track record in building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Track record in personal task and time management with the ability to prioritise workload
- Good observation skills, attention to detail and initiative to build a strong customer knowledge and understanding
- A methodical working ethic and ability to work closely with other teams to achieve a desired outcome
- A passion in the products and services offered and a determination in your approach to gain new business
