**Marketing Database Specialist**:
The Marketing Database Specialist primary responsibility will be to effectively launch new partner CRM platforms/ business units and help the team use our CX Systems effectively, to streamline data flow and enabling marketing and sales with lead intelligenceso they can use to have more effective conversations with prospects. The CRM configuration will include data capture & collection, workflows engineering, campaigns set up, technical integrations, & reporting, as well as user adoption activities. Equal partsthinker and doer, the Operations Specialist thrives not only thinking critically and problem solving, butalso picking up the phone, getting involved and getting things done. This role will aid in defining how best practice should operate across each of theDigital brands and is metric and KPI driven. A high degree of creativity, imagination, and open-mindedness is expected for this position because of the importance of creative thinking to success. We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital marketingtechnologies and trends and keep abreast of the latest product updates from HubSpot.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation in the development of CRM plans to achieve company objectives and recruitment targets.
- Provide support on projects such as new product innovations, new systems, or processes.
- Lead on automated customer engagement though playbooks, training, and processes optimisation.
- Provide ongoing benchmarking reports on all automated communications and research and implement measurable plans for continual improvement.
- Conduct research into industry best practice on automated customer engagement to provide input for recommended strategy.
- Create automated processes to convert students into short courses, when and where applicable.
- To help drive operational enhancements that will improve the customer journey.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruitment, student experience, and finance teams to ensure smooth processes and administration efficiencies.
- Process Hubspot troubleshooting/support cases, working with our CRM consultant to resolve them, when needed.
- Work in partnership with colleagues in the marketing and recruitment team on the development and implementation of conversion strategies.
- Work with the management team to plan and deliver systems training sessions to new and existing members of the sales and marketing team.
- Contribute and work with the business on other special projects when applicable.
- Help set up workflows within HubSpot for but not limited to lead nurturing, re-engagement, down-sell, upsell campaigns across all brands/ courses, where applicable.
- Produce weekly, mid intake and end of intake assessments, when required against goals (KPI’s) to the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation and to other areas of the business, if applicable.
- Help develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests and campaigns.
- Ensure the integrity of the data is preserved by working in alignment with the CRM and MKT Automation Team.

**Experience required**:

- 2+ years of experience working in HubSpot.
- Have significant experience with HubSpot and the inbound marketing methodology.
- Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of API integrations.
- Salesforce, Pardot, or Zapier a big plus.
- Experience reading business requirements documents and translating defined requirements into detailed, field specific data pulls and execute code for list execution.
- Experience of managing projects involving integration across systems and re-engineering business processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite at basic user level required (primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
