Are you our next Campaign Marketing Specialist? DFDS are expanding the route marketing team on the Eastern Channel with an exciting new role. An emphasis on the delivery of our Duty-Free retail product propositions (support Marcomms for the Duty-Free shops in France and onboard) and Duty-Free content calendar across all key markets. Second to this, you’ll be part of a Europe wide team, facilitating the comms strategy for the UK, building fully integrated and innovative customer focused marketing campaigns to deliver targets, whilst building customer loyalty and brand recognition.

They are looking for someone with an open and entrepreneurial mindset to join the fun and vocal team in either Newcastle or Dover. Come and be part of an entrepreneurial hub for the marketing community. You will be familiar with regular market research and reviewing MI, producing content and imagery. The successful person will have confidence, presentation skills, be calm under pressure and at least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing/retail or e-commerce is a must. Principle Responsibilities:

- Growing a new customer base for our Duty-Free product proposition
- Targeting and positioning tests
- Regular market research and reviewing MI
- Produce content and imagery for the Campaign Manager
- Working closely with onboard services to define a Duty Free Marcomms content strategy and calendar
