Sales Support Administrator

**About the Role**
This is a new role to help support and build the existing sales team. The primary focus of the role is to help build a structure and process since we have gone through a recent transition in our business proposition where we have transitioned 3 existing businesses into 1. Since going through this process, we have built some of our operational structure and are in the process of reworking sales targets, focuses and goals for the year. The role of sales support is now needed to help make the existing sales consultants more efficient and create a new sales process to support the future growth of the company.
**The role includes**:
- Supporting two existing sales consultants with booking meetings in diaries, creating proposals for prospects clients, handling CRM management and some general administration tasks associated with running a sales team.
- Whilst the role is not target driven and you will not be expected to deal with sales from start to finish, there will be an element of handling a range of incoming queries and enquiries from both new and existing clients.
- Helping to create a structure and process around the management of incoming leads and following up on recent sales to try and find more opportunities.
- Working with the marketing team to find more leads where necessary.
- Facilitating demonstrations of the new technology and project management system we have created.
**About you**:
- You will need to be organised and proactive. As this is a relatively new role, we are looking for someone who is confident in using their initiative to help make this role their own.
- Be naturally confident speaking to both clients and prospective clients.
- Be happy with working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.

**Yearly salary**
Salary dependant on experience between £21,000 - £25,000 per annum.
