We are seeking a competent, motivated and experienced PA / Administrator to join our Head Office team in Ilford.
You will provide secretarial and administrative support to our 2 Directors and Manager.
We are an independent pharmacy company, employing 400 staff and have 33 operating locations, as well as a property portfolio.
Your duties will involve supporting the directors in all business areas through:
- **Typing letters** - dictation ( in person, audio, shorthand) and copy typing
- **Devising draft communication **for various, legal, property, contractual, operational, administrative, and accounting matters
- **Undertaking preliminary** research for projects
- **Supporting branch operational activities**; addressing customer complaints, signposting services, resolving external contractor queries, reviewing branch performance and communicating targets.
- **Supporting the management of our property portfolio**; addressing any tenant and agent queries.
- **Supporting** our HR and Health and Safety Administration.
- **Managing** the filling and archiving process and supporting our reception team.
We are seeking an individual with;
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrator in a commercial business environment.
- Ideally a Degree holder in Law or Business Administration.
- Excellent technical skills and use of Microsoft Packages including WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen, grammar and attention to detail.
- Experience in pharmacy or medical related industry would be an advantage
- Experience in property management, and a legal background would be beneficial.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
