Customer Service/sales Administrator

We are looking for an exceptional customer service & sales administrator to join our growing team of coffee lovers who provide exceptional customers service to our clients wherever they are
**Responsibilities**:
- Setting up new customers and dealing with existing accounts
- Processing sales orders
- Working with sales manager to actively promote new product launches
- Identify new sales channels for the business
- General administrative duties where applicable
- Dealing with suppliers, orders, after sales, and pre sales
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and customer focused skills (verbal & written)
- Team player
- Attitude to working and delivering quality work
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Experience within the customer service role (desirable not essential)
- Experience using xero accounting (desirable not essential)
- Must be a coffee lover
**Salary**:
**From £19,000 - £26,000 PA**
**1 week trial followed by 90 day review before final permanent contract**
