**Overview**
**Duties**
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while engaging with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Upsell products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices for customer service excellence.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse information quickly and effectively solve problems as they arise.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling opportunities while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
