Due to company growth **Kaizen Training** are looking to recruit **2 Regional Trainers** to join the existing training team where you will deliver courses such as Moving & Assistance of service users, Medication, First Aid, Infection Control, leadership & management along with change management.

**Kaizen Training** are an accredited SVQ centre who delivers training throughout Scotland to a range of clients (care and non-care).

You will be responsible for training New Care Workers and improving existing staff’s competency with refresher training. You will also be responsible for rolling the training out to external clients to generate a revenue stream.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Evaluate effectiveness of learning materials and update accordingly.
- Maintaining accurate course attendance and training records.
- Ensure content is kept up to date with current legislation, standards and company policy.
- Accountable for fulfilling course timetables whether this is internally or externally
**What you'll need**:

- Minimum of 1 year classroom training.
- Hold a relevant Training Qualification.
- Must come from Adult Health & Social Care background.
- Must have previous experience with Moving/Assistance & Medication training.
- Have a good understanding of the care certificate and CQC standards.
- Hold full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
- IT literate.
- Willing to travel between branches in Scotland.
- Exceptional organisational skills, leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanour whilst training.
