If so, this could be for you. Solution-driven under the pressure of five star service, the Regional on site trainer at Thai Leisure Group will support five restaurants and ensures our guests’ experience is perfect and fault-free whilst supporting the team in delivering a Ha Dao (5 *) service.

- Salary_: Up to £27.5K plus Tronc
- Hours of work_: Full time, 45 per week, Monday - Sunday
- Holidays_: 25 days per year

The Role
Part of an ambitious and dedicated team, the Regional Trainer role is vital to the TLG’s wider business strategy. Working alongside the team onsite as well as the Central team, you will focus on giving an impeccable guest experience to everyone that dines with us by ensuring the team on site is always following our steps of service and guests receive nothing but the best possible experience. All you do will be centred around developing, implementing and maximising development within site without comprising on quality.
Regional On Site Trainer - Scotland
Key Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a Regional on site Trainer who will lead by example, hold responsibility and enjoy training and developing the team; most importantly, thrive of customer interaction and delivering fantastic and engaging service to our guests. Working with multiple teams, you’ll oversee and support the smooth running of the operation to make sure as many people as possible get to enjoy unbelievable Thai food in a premium dining establishment.
Whilst being responsible for onsite training and developing, they will work closely with the Business Manager and Group Training Manager to help maximise opportunities for the business where possible.
- Enjoys and is strong at supporting individuals to be the best they can be
- Take ownership of the training development on site and guest experience from start to finish.
- Outstanding attention to detail, leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and motivate the team.
- To ensure that all guests receive the top quality service every visit, every time

- Experience in a fine dining establishment
- Review our feedback tool regularly and consistently strive to improve guest feedback and NPS scores
- To work alongside the Business Managers in site to support with the ongoing training and development of the teams
Desired Skills
- Is a real people person and enjoys nothing more than building relationships with customers and colleagues
- Finds job satisfaction through overachieving scores and targets set
- Hospitality experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage
- Strong IT skills
**Salary**: Up to £27,500.00 per year
