As our **Health and Safety Regional Trainer**for Scotland, you will have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent, preferably a RLSS TA Qualification. You will also have experience of lifeguard and first aid training delivery in a multisite capacity as well as strong influencing and communication skills. Ideally you will also have the ability to build relationships, engage with people and deliver with impact.

This role requires a high volume of travel and overnight stays in order to provide the regional training programme for 8 locations.

**As our Health and Safety Regional Trainer, you will**:

- Have a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships
- Deliver training to meet the needs of individual learners
- Produce resources and training materials that meet the needs of individual learners and compliance with the awarding body.
- Support learners throughout their learning journey, through qualification, CPD and renewal to develop learners through competence towards excellence.
- Follow Nuffield Health and External Awarding Body guidance for the delivery and assessment of regulated qualifications and non-regulated courses.
- Ensure all sites achieve green compliance to Nuffield Health expected levels for health and safety training

**To be successful in this role, you will have experience in**:

- Delivery of lifeguard, first aid and health and safety training
- Working across multiple sites in a reginal role
- Managing and leading projects
