**Role: Travel Coordinator**

**Location: Banbury**

For the past 10 years Live Wire has worked across Formula 1 supplying technology to the major teams and F1 Management. Our work varies from constructing viewer experiences in teams' hospitality suites, paddock, garages and factories elevating each of the 24 races a year. We work closely with our suppliers to deliver pioneering technology and integrate innovation into all of the work we do.

Live Wire provides AV technology for all genres of events including Festivals, Concerts, Conferences, Theatre and Dance. We work with large concert halls in London such as Southbank Centre, Barbican, Sadlers Wells to provide technicians, support and equipment.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, transportation, and other necessary accommodations.
- Ensure all travel complies with company policies and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the project management team to align travel plans with project requirements and schedules.
- Negotiate with travel vendors and service providers for cost-effective travel solutions.
- Monitor visa and travel document requirements, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate travel database and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Track travel expenses, prepare budgets, and generate reports for management review.
- Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and unforeseen travel-related issues.
- Keep up to date with travel industry trends, airline policies, and international travel restrictions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and expense reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Budget management and cost-saving mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Salary**: £25000 - £300000, negotiable based on experience
