We are looking for a Junior Parts Coordinator to coordinate and progress the chasing of part orders from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will take an active role in ensuring customer service levels are achieved through communication, attention to detail and determination to satisfy requirements and lead the team to success. This role requires international travel to attend race events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Rally Raid team with all parts requirements and quotations
- Support Senior Parts Coordinator with customer order creation and monitor and process all sales parts orders through to final delivery
- Provide event support at Rally Raid events and tests, parts support in the UK and events world wide.
- Provide customer base with ongoing information and weekly updates regarding parts on backorder
- Liaise with purchasing/manufacturing to chase delivery of parts for sale
- Manage the prompt and correct delivery of goods and services
