About the role

You will master our simulations and mental models, facilitate an engaging play experience that fosters learning and dialogue, and help teach kids how to collaborate and solve complex problems like they will in the real world. You will watch the kids grow as a team and then leap up the learning curve, together. The work is, quite simply, life changing.

What a Synthesis Facilitator does

We believe students learn best through action, careful observation, and thoughtful conversations. Facilitators must be comfortable stepping back and allowing the students to help each other make sense of a problem and experiment with their own solutions. Our most successful facilitators combine wide-ranging intellectual curiosity with a high level of emotional intelligence.

Facilitators are able to identify shifts in team dynamics and mood and then ask open-ended questions to encourage student participation and critical thinking. The key to our program is fostering a space where students feel empowered to take risks and learn through experimentation.

Before starting, all facilitators receive extensive training on our virtual learning tools and software platforms. If you believe in our philosophy of education, we encourage you to apply. In-depth technical knowledge is not a prerequisite.

Job expectations
- Facilitate discussions about both the game play and the collaboration among students.
- Foster a dynamic and constructive environment that encourages every student to share their voice.
- Recognize opportunities to educate kids about mental models that emerge during play.
- Communicate effectively with families about the progress of each student.
- Participate in company meetings and share your ideas about how we can improve.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term

**Salary**: £40.00-£90.00 per hour
